SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

Geman Law Client Communication Program

This messaging program sends non-marketing text messages to individuals who have submitted an inquiry through our website at https://gemancriminaldefense.com/ or our contact forms and have affirmatively opted in to receive SMS communications via the consent checkbox. Messages relate to your inquiry, follow-up communications, and requests for feedback or reviews. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

Cancellation Instructions:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
